What’s your favourite dish on the menu at Henry Lee’s?
One of our top sellers and favourites on the Henry Lee’s Menu – The Polly Jean. This delicious dish is full of colour, flavour and makes for that perfect Instagram shot for all you foodies. Starting with line-caught beetroot & Poor Tom’s gin cured salmon served with Green Tangerine Sourdough, poached egg and topped with Hazelnut Dukkah, beetroot puree, Fennel, apple, Radish & Labna this dish is sure to impress the socks off you.

The local community garden tucked away in Young Lane, Redfern. This little patch of heaven allows the community to get involved in lots of different ways. From planting and nurturing the vegetables to interacting with other locals and creating new friendships. This is what life is about we believe.
What’s your favourite thing about working in Redfern?
The people along with the new creative vibe in the area, with lots of creative based businesses moving in and the community becoming bigger, friendlier and better each week!
