Henry’s bar & dining
Since June 2016, Henry Lee’s has been proudly serving the fine folk of Sydney a fresh, flavoursome and locally sourced brunch-offering in the back streets of Redfern and their talented team have been blown away by the support given by the community and their wonderful customers which, in turn, makes them strive to constantly provide fresh, flavoursome products for everyone to enjoy.
Fast forward 3 years and 2019 brings some exciting changes to the world of Henry Lee’s.
Henry Lee’s has expanded and is throwing open the doors on their latest offering – Henry Lees Bar & Dining located at their spiritual home in the 16 Eveleigh Creative Precinct, Redfern.
Henry Lee’s Bar & Dining is all about share plates, staying a while and enjoying the food from the beginning of the menu to the end, and having a really amazing cocktail doesn’t hurt either. The current fave drink is the Margarita with black salt rim (pictured below) and we dare you go to past the decadent Absinthe Fountain; trust us.
As for our favourite dish on the new menu, It changes by the minute between the Burrata injected with herb oil (simple, but soooo delicious), the fresh Coffin Bay Pacific Oysters with Mirin, Lemongrass & Sake salsa, the Garlic Labneh with Rosemary + Olive Crumb, the Tuna Tostada and the Portuguese Chicken. There’s something for everyone whatever the occasion.
